During the Covid-19 crisis, your mental health is important so Yogalini is offering yoga lessons to anyone who may be interested. All proceeds will go to charity to help those who have been affected by the pandemic. Yin Yoga is a slow paced yoga that stretches deep into the connective tissues allowing the muscles to slowly adjust to the pose and soften. Yin helps to improve flexibility, releases the fascia, improves mobility and aids in stress reduction. Join today for a virtual yoga class from the comfort of your own home - all you need is some space to practice, an hour of your day and some straps or blocks just in case. Bring a yoga mat (or towel), a bottle of water and any props you have: boulsters, blocks, books, cushions, pillows, rolled up blankets - anything will do!
